Yaasss! This position makes it to the list J. Many people have different opinions concerning this sleeping position. Some say sleeping on your back causes you to snore. However, sleeping on our back makes it easier for your head, neck, and spine to align. By sleeping in this position, no extra pressure or curves are being added to the back.
