Delightful Ramadhan Nala Noodles

In the spirit of culinary creativity and tradition, we present a delightful Ramadhan Nala noodles
recipe that promises to tantalize your taste buds and bring smiles to the faces of your family and
guests.

Ingredients:

250g Nala noodles
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup broccoli florets
200g protein of your choice (chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp), thinly sliced or cubed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Nala Noodles:

Cook the Nala noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and rinse
them under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Sauté Aromatics

In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté
until translucent.
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables and Protein

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, shredded
cabbage, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet
crisp.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the thinly sliced or cubed protein of your choice.
Cook until the protein is browned and cooked through.

Combine and Season

Mix the cooked Nala noodles into the pan with the vegetables and protein.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Pour the sauce over the Nala
noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning and spice level according to your
preference.

Serve and Garnish

Transfer the Nala noodles to a serving dish and garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame
seeds for an extra burst of flavour and texture.
