Salmon with lemon sauce recipe

This month, we try an all-Kenyan favorite – Pilau. It’s tasty and easy to prepare. This time around, we want the men to prepare this recipe for the women in their lives for a change.
Ready? Here we go.
Ingredients:
· 500g beef
· 450g of rice (or 3 cups) · 2 teaspoons cinnamon bark · 1 teaspoon cardamom seed · ½ teaspoon- ground garlic · ½ teaspoon-ground ginger · ½ teaspoon- turmeric root · ½ teaspoon- crushed cumin seeds
· 1-2 diced onions · 1 dhania chopped
· 2 Tomatoes
· Rina Cooking oil
· Salt · 1/4 Teaspoon of Cloves
How to prepare:
· Place in a cooking pot, heat Rina Oil, fry onions until cooked
· Add spices, stir slowly and cook for 2-3 mins
· Add your beef, and let it cook.
· Pour in the rice and stir
· Add 1 ¾ cups of water until it boils over high heat, make sure the cooking pot is uncovered
· Once the water level has gone down, lower the heat, cover with foil paper, and cook for a further 2-3 mins or until the water has evaporated
· Turn off your heat and serve the pilau hot
