Salmon with lemon sauce recipe

If food was to be ranked in order of convenience, noodles would definitely take the first position. Take Numi Noodles for instance, they are ready in a record 3 minutes. Three minutes! If that is not convenient, we don’t what is! However, even the quickest of meals sometimes need a little upgrade and if you’re looking for a way to spruce up your noodles without breaking the bank, you’ve come to the right place!
Numi Noodles and leftover chicken is what we are on about, specifically for those days when you do not want to splurge on take out and cannot be bothered to cook.
You will need the following ingredients;
Method
Puree your tomatoes by slicing them in half and blending them till smooth.
Chop the onions, peppers, courgette and dhania stems, separately.
In a sauce pan, lightly fry the onions with your cooking oil.
Add the dhania stems and stir to avoid burning.
Incorporate the blended tomatoes and let it cook for a bit, add water at your own discretion but make sure it doesn’t get too light.
Add the salt and spices to taste.
Add your cooked chicken, courgette and peppers and cover.
While the peppers cook in the steam, prepare your noodles and add them into the saucepan.
Serve with a slice of avocado.
